140 miles to go!! (Entry by Todd)
(Aug 17th, 2005) Scott and Matt are 140 miles from Hudson Bay!! They are well ahead of schedule and can relax a little as they paddle the last stretch.

The weather has been overcast, and Scott and Matt have not had the opportunity to charge any of the expedition electronics. They are saving the remaining Sat Phone power, in case they run into an emergency, and to call the pilot for the ride home.

They are going to run their last set of rapids today, and will enter polar bear country in the next day or so. Matt and Scott both send thier love to everyone and look forward to updating the website has soon as they can.
